Reason #3

Reason #3 ~ He earned his Eagle Scout Award.

OK, now I know these one seems really crazy but hear me out....Boy Scouts is a huge commitment timewise and by the time your 14-15 years old you've been at it for 10 years! So that a kid can stick to something so long shows you he knows how to "commit" to something he enjoys and is important to him.

And what's wonderful about Scouting, both boys & girls, is that there is such a large variety of activities to enjoy and try...there is always so much more to learn and do. Because of that my hubby has a very vast knowledge about...well...most things. This makes him great at camping...and trivia games too! :) Basically you bring up a topic and he probably has at least a general idea about it....that's just handy to have around, a guy with a working knowledge of life in general!

Also some of the main principles of Scouting's is honor, respect, loyalty, and being a good citizen all things a girl is looking for in a man!
